Promotional and Event videography



 

These prices are not set in stone and we offer discounts for midweek, out of season and late wedding bookings.
By filling in this order form and paying a booking fee, you are securing your Wedding date and entering into a contract with Greenwood Video. Please read the terms of the contract carefully. We use two videographers for all our weddings.

Full Brides Home Visit
Full Coverage of the Home visit beginning up to 3 hours before ceremony until the bride and father leave for the ceremony location.

  Shorter Brides Home
Bride Coming Downstairs; A little home filming then Bridesmaids, Father and Bride leaving for ceremony. We arrive about one hour before ceremony

  Groom's Home visit
All this is usually all staged, groomsmen getting ready (arrive about 2.5 hours before the wedding).

Film up to the first dance (no later than 8.30pm).

Music Video filmed on the day, usually at reception between the meal and evening guests arriving

Other information:

Copies of the Wedding.
Copies are made to a high standard and come on DVD or Blue-ray. They are presented in a full colour personalised case.

Couple get one Free DVD copy with your order, extra copies are as follows...

DVD copies £12.50 each
Blue Ray HD copies £25.00 each
Video Tape copies £35.00 each

Travel Charges
A small charge may be made for travel if your wedding is not local to the Mansfield area. If the ceremony and reception are within 50 miles of Mansfield, there is no travel charges.

We charge 40p per mile beyond a 50 mile radius of Mansfield. This includes the Reception.

Early Years Photos Free service for Wedding Movies
Photos of the couple growing up can be added to your movie at the beginning. We can only use family shots, and cannot use shots from professional photographers without permission in writing. (15 photos max).

Highlights Free service for Wedding Movies
These are shots edited together at the end of your movie.

Booking fee £100
Please contact us to get a confirmation that your wedding date is available, then to secure your booking you need to pay the booking fee (fee is subtracted from total amount). Booking fee can be paid online or you can post a cheque.
